Q: I have purchased tickets for a performance of Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark after January 4, 2014. How do I get a refund?

A: If you hold tickets to any performances after January 4th, 2014, your tickets will be refunded at your point of purchase:

-If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, your order has already been automatically refunded, including fees (except UPS and InStore Pick Up, if applicable).

-If you purchased your tickets in person at our Box Office, please visit us in person with your tickets and any related proof of purchase for a full refund by the original method of payment.

-If you purchased through any other third-party ticket source, you must return to your point of purchase, as their refund policies and procedures will apply.

Q: Is the building ADA accessible?

A: Theatre access is available at the 42nd Street entrance. Please request wheelchair seating from sales representative at time of purchase. Wheelchair seating is located in Row G of the Dress Circle. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level. Accessible restrooms are located in the Dress Circle lobby. To request wheelchair seats, please contact our ADA Hotline, 212-556-4715.

A: The theatre has just over 1,932 seats and three seating levels: Orchestra, Dress Circle and Balcony. View our online seating chart for details.

Q: How do I get to the Foxwoods Theatre?

A: The Foxwoods Theatre is situated in the heart of Times Square in New York City. Our Box Office and main entrance are located at 213 W42nd St. The secondary entrance is located at 214 W43rd St. Subways A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, Q, N, R, W, F, B, D and Times Square/Grand Central Shuttle all let out at 42nd Street/Times Square within in easy walking distance of the theatre. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is located down the street at the corner of 42nd St. and 8th Ave. See our directions page for a map.

Q: Can I check luggage, coats, umbrellas, etc., at the theatre?

A: Yes, coat check is available in the main lobby for a nominal fee.

Q: Can I bring outside food and/or drink into the theatre?

A: While outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre, guests are able to bring snacks and drink purchased in the theatre to their seats.

Q: Are photos and/or videos allowed in the theatre?

A: The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of photographs, either with or without flash, is strictly prohibited while inside the theatre.

Q: Is the Foxwoods Theatre equipped with infrared hearing devices?

A: Yes. The theatre is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system. Listening devices are available at coat check, free of charge. A photo ID is required.

Q: Where can I park my car?

A: There are several conveniently located commercial parking lots around the theatre, including Edison Park Fast 307-11 W44th St.; and Advance Parking 249-253 W43rd Street.
