Q: What are the regular ticket prices?

A: Ticket prices for Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark are:
Orchestra (Rows AA-T): $147.50
Orchestra (Rows U-YY): $125
Dress Circle, or "Fly Circle:" $147.50
Dress Circle, or "Fly Circle," Boxes: $147.50
Upper Fly Circle (Balcony Rows A-C): $125

Q: Is the building ADA accessible?

A: Theatre access is available at the 42nd Street entrance. Please request wheelchair seating from sales representative at time of purchase. Wheelchair seating is located in Row G of the Dress Circle, or "Fly Circle." There is no elevator access to the balcony level. Accessible restrooms are located in the Fly Circle lobby.

Q: How do I buy ADA tickets?

A: To arrange ADA tickets for Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, please call our ADA Hotline, 212-556-4715. You will be prompted to leave a message with necessary information, and you will then be contacted directly to complete your transaction. Please note that ADA tickets are not available for purchase on Ticketmaster, and the hotline is reserved solely for ADA patrons.

Q: How young does my child have to be to get in for free?

A: "Lap Seats," or free tickets for small children who wish to watch the show from an adults lap, are not available for Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark. Every individual who enters the theatre must have a purchased ticket. We recommend Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark for children 6 and up.

Q: Is Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark appropriate for young children?

A: We recommend the show for children 6 and up. Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark does not contain bad language and the action and villains provide more thrills than chills. Please be advised, attendance by children 4 and under is strongly discouraged. Once in the auditorium, they and their parent/guardian may be asked to leave the auditorium by Management if they become a disturbance during the performance. All children must have a ticket. There is no lap seating.

Q: How do I get to the Foxwoods Theatre?

A: The Foxwoods Theatre is situated in the heart of Times Square in New York City. Our Box Office and main entrance are located at 213 W42nd St. The secondary entrance is located at 214 W43rd St. Subways A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, Q, N, R, W, F, B, D and Times Square/Grand Central Shuttle all let out at 42nd Street/Times Square within in easy walking distance of the theatre. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is located down the street at the corner of 42nd St. and 8th Ave. See our directions page for a map.

A: Yes, coat check is available in the main lobby. There is a charge of $2 per item.

A: Yes. The theatre is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system. Listening devices are available at coat check, free of charge. A photo ID is required.
