Our lovely lobby spaces are available for large catered events during off-performance hours. Book these spaces alone or in combination with our beautiful auditorium.

FULL LOBBY

CAPACITY: 750 standing or 300 seated RENTAL FEE: $4,000

ORCHESTRA LOBBY

CAPACITY: 500 standing or 200 seated RENTAL FEE: $2,500

DRESS CIRCLE LOBBY

CAPACITY: 250 standing or 100 seated RENTAL FEE: $2,000

* Rentals do not include any stagehand labor, hospitality staff, coat check, catering, merchandise, or equipment rental. All catering and beverages must go through the building’s vendor, Sweet Concessions.
